Strenuous activities includes; biking, jogging, swimming, aerobic exercise and weight training. Too much exercise seems to impair ovulation and following theories explains during this period hormones responsible for regulating the female reproductive systems are changed and can interfere with ovulation also on another point it leads to luteal phase also known as two week wait which interfere with getting pregnant.
